    Yann Meinsel, Executive Chef of At.mosphere Burj Khalifa, brings more than 20 years of international culinary experience working with some of the world’s top-ranked restaurants.

    Yann Meinsel is responsible for driving the kitchen, developing seasonal and new menus and managing a team of multicultural culinary professionals.

    Previously, Chef Meinsel was Executive Chef at the Fairmont Royal Palm in Marrakech, supervising a team of over 60 people, and responsible for menu development and culinary management.

    He also worked as Executive Chef at Franck Bistrot, a fine dining French outlet in Shanghai, where he supervised all culinary functions and implemented a daily French creative menu using seasonal and local ingredients.

    Gaining exceptional insights into the art of French cuisine, Chef Meinsel has worked extensively at highly rated and innovative Parisian restaurants, his native country, where he worked up the ranks from Chef de Partie to Kitchen Sous Chef before working as the culinary consultant of popular French TV show Top Chef Season 1.

    He went on to assist renowned Chef Jean-François Piège, and was also culinary consultant of Mouvements de Cuisine.

    Chef Meinsel has a Vocational Training Certificate in Hospitality & Catering.
